Keystart

KEYSTART is a NESAY pre-learner driver education program that helps people of all ages to prepare for and obtain their learners permit. The program is specifically designed for people who have low literacy and numeracy skills, or those who lack the confidence to study independently. The program provides resources, information and knowledge for those wishing to obtain their learners permit.

How does it work?

NESAY help participants prepare to sit their learner permit test via group work and one to one intensive assistance, using computer and paper based activities.  We also provide help with the required paperwork and understanding the Vic Roads Learner Permit process.

DETAILS:

When: To be confirmed (September dates postponed)

Where: NESAY, 86-90 Rowan Street, Wangaratta VIC 3676

Cost: Cost for the program is $150 per participant payable upon enrolment.

Identity documents and medical conditions:

People interested in the program need to ensure they have sufficient and correct ID so that they will be permitted to sit the test by VicRoads’ staff. Participants with a medical condition are responsible for checking with VicRoads to see that they can meet requirements to allow them to hold a learner permit.
